This policy explains what personal data Lettio collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain, because privacy is the point of the product.
Who we are
Lettio (“we”, “us”) is operated by Valmia Solutions s.r.o. (IČO 08975400, VAT CZ08975400), registered at Pavlovova 3048/40, 700 30 Ostrava, Czech Republic, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@lettio.eu.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address — the one you enter in the form.
- Limited technical data — your approximate country, browser type, and the page that referred you, derived from your request. We use this only to understand where interest comes from.
We do not ask for, or collect, any other personal information on this website.
Why we use it and the legal basis
We use your email address solely to keep you informed about Lettio’s early access and to invite you when it opens. The legal basis is your consent, given when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union (Cloudflare, acting as our processor). We do not transfer your waitlist data outside the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until Lettio launches and you become a customer, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you never take up early access, we remove waitlist data once it is no longer needed.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. The only third party that processes it is our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), strictly to host the service on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not set tracking cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not build a profile across sites.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@lettio.eu and we’ll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be communicated by email.
